Does Wu Yi Tea Have Caffeine In It?

Today coffee and tea are two of the main beverages many drink for an energy boost from caffeine. Not too long ago it was believed that caffeine could cause atherosclerosis and coronary disease now it doesn't face as much scrutiny. Caffeine is something most enjoy and many consumers ingest it daily.

Many plants contain caffeine and it is natural occurring chemical in the world. These plants have been turned into many of the beverages we so enjoy with their full flavored leaves and berries propagated and cultivated for drinks we enjoy. Wu Yi tea is one such beverage and yes, it does contain caffeine.

Wu Yi tea contains a lot of benefits that should be recognized. Tea is very high in antioxidants which lower cholesterol, reduce stress, and improve brain functioning. It also helps improve digesting and reduces the occurrence of osteoporosis.

Harmful free radicals are present in are day to day lives such as cigarette smoking, pollution, and stress. These harmful free radicals cause are body to age and cause damage to our immune systems. Luckily, there are many natural fruits and vegetables with high levels of antioxidants in them. Wu Yi tea contains high levels of antioxidants that help fight against these free radicals that cause aging.

Wu Yi tea and other green teas cause your body to reduce inflammation and helps to maintain healthy blood pressure because your body improves blood circulation and fight against the onsets of cardiovascular disease. Hypertension and lowered blood pressure place stress on the arteries and veins causing the arteries to harden which puts you in particular damage to atherosclerosis.

Caffeine will help you going throughout the day. It fights off fatigue and sleepiness. Wu Yi tea contains around (200 mg/L per 20 + fluid ounces), so toxic overdose levels aren't likely. Around 90% of us indulge in caffeine regularly to help us sharpen up throughout the day to maintain the focus we need.

Is Wu Yi Tea Safe?

Let's tackle the first question first. Is Wu Yi Tea safe? Definitely. The Chinese have relied upon this tea as a revered staple in their diet for hundreds of years. It is believed that this is one of the factors that contribute to their societal incidence of low body fat and long life.

The people of China have great metabolism and body composition. This is because of better dietary lifestyles, less stressful situations, and more abundant healthy foods. There have been many theories to explain what the difference is but most theories point to their diets.

Their diets and lifestyles are much different but if the wu yi tea is a staple in China. Then it should be considered safe because of so much testing.

The Wu yi tea is very healthy for you. Just make sure you don't get wu yi tea that has been processed too much. Pills and other types of the product aren't as healthy and natural for you as the loose leaf version of the tea. It is critical for you to check and see if the product is natural and not processed.

When you get a form of wu yi tea that has been transformed or combined with other products make sure you check the fillers. Often caffeine and other additives will be put in the pill, caps, tablets, gelatins, or binders. Make sure you know what is going into your body before you purchase one of these products.

If you take regular medications to control chronic conditions, such as high-blood pressure, statins and insulin, review the Wu Yi Tea product with your physician before beginning the program. This will increase the potential for safety and success in your new lifestyle - and you might even enjoy a reduction in the number and selection of pharmaceuticals needed to manage your health concerns.

Is Wu Yi Tea All Natural?

For more than 4000 years hence, tea became a staple on the Chinese table, and the Japanese adopted it too. After a while, the Western world realized the great health benefits of tea and started to drink it too. Because of the natural healing benefits of tea, more and more people nowadays are getting accustomed to tea drinking to take care of their bodies.

There are three different types of tea, depending on its fermentation process. However, please keep in mind that tea leaves are the same. The grading comes after the natural processes the leaves go through before they reach our cups. Non-fermented leaves are the green ones, semi-fermented leaves are called oolong, and the fully fermented variety is called the black tea. All of these types though, have been proven to be valuable in keeping our bodies healthy.

Is wu yi tea all natural? The short answer is yes. This is because there is nothing added to the wu yi tea to make it a more potent healing wonder or a more effective weight-loss enhancer. You may think of it as a supplement to other medications prescribed to you by a professional healthcare provider. However, for those that do not need any special medications and just want to keep their bodies fit, the all-natural wu yi tea would be the best bet.

The wu yi tea processing is all natural. Fermentation begins under the sun, then the leaves are rubbed by hand to bring out the flavors in the leaves. They are then dried. The last stage has tea masters grading them to add flavor.

Like all the other grades of tealeaves, wu yi naturally contains substances that are good for the body. But, wu yi is especially rich in polyphenol.

Antioxidants play a major role in protecting our body from toxins and harmful free radicals that cause aging. Polyphenols are very powerful antioxidants that come from all natural wu yi tea.
