Health Benefits Of Coffee And Tea

Some of the tastiest and most popular beverages except water are coffee and tea. I'm talking about non alcoholic drinks, of course. Now there are two main camps when it comes to consuming these drinks, and there is an ongoing heated debate as to which one offers the most health benefits to all of us.

Coffee is a drink that can cause cravings in us. Every morning when we wake up, one of the first things we do is brew our coffee just the way we like it. Many people say that only after drinking their first cup of coffee the day really starts. This is due to its strong caffeine content.
