Green4Tea – Is It Worth Buying?

Stacy Harris has finally developed a guide in making your own green tea. Green4Tea is the magic green tea you might be looking for if you want to lose weight but still stay healthy. This can soothe your stress, calm your mind, relax your body, improve your memory, boost your immune system, lose weight, and most importantly, prevent and cure over 100 diseases.

Just like many of us in today's generation, Stacy Harris is so vain with her own body. Even though she was not obese, she still wanted to lose some pounds to get the perfect coca-cola body she always wanted. Green teas can make you lose weight safely that's why she tried all of the green teas available in the market. She bought them no matter how expensive they were. Unfortunately, all the teas she tried sucked! They didn't work and they tasted bad. Stacy Harris didn't want to waste any more money, so she decided to use her skills as a medical researcher. She looked for the perfect blend of green tea. And, after years of thorough research and extensive experimentation, she has finally come up with the perfect recipe of an effective green tea. She used her own recipe and now she has the figure she always wanted. She's still drinking her tea up to now so as to maintain her body in shape.

The ebook actually teaches you step-by-step on how to follow the recipe. It's very easy to understand, plus it's affordable. Teas sold in the market are very expensive, unlike Stacy Harris' recipe, which will actually just cost you less than $20.

This homemade tea is more potent than the ready-made teas because they are only made for quantity, not for quality. Stacy Harris' tea is safe and natural. Other teas, on the other hand say they're made from 100% pure extract, when actually, they're not because additives are already added in their teas. These are just some of the information Stacy Harris reveals in her book.

With Green4Tea, you are assured that the tea you're drinking is safe and natural. You would know because you will be the one making the tea and putting the ingredients. When Stacy Harris launched her guide in the internet immediately after coming up with the recipe, she has received a lot of positive feedbacks from her customers. Those who have already tried her recipe have already reported successful. Their testimonials are proof enough for me. With Green4Tea, I know I wouldn't be wasting my money.

My Favorite Wu Yi Tea Brand

It's rare to find a company that just seems to have it all, but I have recently found exactly that! The Wu Yi Tea Company needs a big shout out, not only for their great product line, but for many other reasons.

Some have unfortunately mistaken the Wu Yi Tea Company for a scam company called Wu Yi Source. If you've been scammed by Wu Yi Source, you can Skype The Wu Yi Tea Company at a number provided on their website.

In addition, The Wu Yi Tea Company is accredited by the Better Business Bureau and is a part of the BBB online reliability program. When you order products online, it's always a good idea to check for these important factors. It's not to say that only companies with the BBB seal are reliable because there are fees for having the seal and some start-up companies may need to wait a bit before affording this expense.

The Wu Yi Tea Company is based out of Austin, Texas. Their tea is grown in the Wu Yi Mountains in China. Wu Yi tea is oolong tea so named for this mountain chain. In other words, it cannot be wu yi tea unless it is grown there much like you couldn't call a potato an Idaho potato if it didn't grow in Idaho.

The company believes strongly in providing a quality product while keeping in mind fair trade practice. Everything is taken into account, including the sanctity of the ecological system where it is grown and fair pay for the growers. Even the tea bags are non-bleached, which is better for your health and the environment.

The tea itself is organic and certified by the USDA. This means there were no chemicals or other artificial means used during any stage of growing or processing. Again, better for you and better for the environment.

Enough about the company, though, let me tell you a bit about their products. They have 6 different teas as well as a slimming supplement.

The supplement is very intriguing. It has wu yi and green tea extracts (the best of both worlds!) as well as energy boosting ginseng and guarna. It also contains bitter orange (citrus aurantium) and garcinia cambogia, both of which are appetite suppressants. If you are sensitive to ginseng or caffeine (guarna is similar to caffeine, yet milder), you might not be interested.

A few of the ingredients in the slimming supplement also make it unsafe for diabetics (due to effect on glucose) and Alzheimer's patients (due to acetylcholine production in the brain). However, these same effects are what help people in decent health lose weight.

However, there are no magic bullets in weight loss. You must also follow a healthy diet and exercise regime in order to see lasting results. The supplement will merely boost your efforts, speed up the process and make the weight loss a bit easier.

A Green Tea Diet Can Help You Lose Weight

Maintaining a healthy weight is a larger challenge in today's world. This is because of the extreme access we have to all kinds of food. Also, while many people want to eat healthy they do not know where to begin and when shopping they find that the foods they may be able to readily afford are full of preservatives and sodium. Making a difference if your body means relearning what is good to eat and that means going back to the basics. Tea is the number one drink consumed in the world and for good reason. Green tea especially has many health benefits including weight management and it is from this finding that the green tea diet has become more popular.

There are a number of pills that purport to be just as good as green tea in giving you the same benefits. The truth of the matter, however, is that you should drink green tea in its natural state. This is where the most health benefits occur. Outside of wanting to lose weight there are many benefits to the consumption of this wonder tea.

Antioxidants are abundant in substances like red wine, chocolate, and tea but what do they do? Put simple, the antioxidants in green tea act like scavengers in your body that collect substances called free radicals that, if left alone, can cause DNA damage that could result in a number of issues like cancer.

In terms of cancer, green tea's specific antioxidant epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) has been shown in the lab to inhibit the growth of certain cancer cells, while destroying cells that grow abnormally.

The heart is also a beneficiary of good tidings by this tea since it reduces clotting. Its does this through its antioxidants that work as dilators which make blood vessels more flexible.

Improving the cardiovascular system also extends to a decrease in LDL cholesterol - the bad cholesterol. This can help with fighting obesity. Many case studies have shown that those drinking green tea lose weight regardless of whether it is caffeinated or not. In terms of regular vs. Decaf however, it should be noted that the caffeinated tea drinkers lost more weight which can also implicate caffeine in weight loss.

While earlier a case was made for drinking Chinese brand green tea, there are some supplements that also work, but you must do research. Just because something includes the words green tea does not mean that you are getting the amounts that will affect you. Studies found that pills with the highest amount of extract work best for weight loss so don't just go for the cheapest option.

The exact reasons why and how green tea benefits so many systems of the body has not been completely elucidated, and even if you are only interested in losing weight the benefits are far reaching.

A green tea diet is known to effectively boost your metabolism so that you burn off more calories. Green tea tastes good and is refreshing whether taken cold or hot.
