Can You Really Lose Weight with Wu Yi Tea?

Seems too easy, right? Drink a few mugs of wu yi tea and lose weight without effort? I did not believe it either and then something peculiar happened over the holiday season.

First, you should know that I am usually pretty careful about what I eat. As well, I am one of those strange people who like to run on the treadmill. However, I am partial to Mexican food and margarita, neither of which are good for weight loss or fat burning. I also tend to get off track of my workouts when life becomes too busy, as in the holiday season!

Two weeks into January and I am no longer wearing my skinny jeans. I am in my "fat clothes" so I feel comfortable. Not this season, though. Keep reading to find out why.

A friend of mine had given me a box of wu yi tea to try. I love tea and drink it iced all day long. So, I just threw a handful of these bags in my pitcher of iced tea, brewed it along with the black tea and it was pretty tasty. I know it is supposed to be for weight loss, but I did not really think it would work.

For now, I had shopping to tend to and gifts to wrap. And of course, all the holiday parties with eggnog martinis, canopies, lobster tails dripping with butter, prime rib and all the yummy holiday desserts. I had no time to workout with such a crazy schedule.

About mid January, I braved the scale. The odd thing was I had not really noticed my jeans getting any tighter, but I was sure I had to have gained some weight pigging out on all that food and not working out.

I was literally shocked! Not only had I NOT gained any weight, I had lost 3 pounds. I panicked for a second thinking, uh-oh, maybe something is wrong with me. Then I remembered the wu yi tea. I looked at the box again and saw that it also had wu yi tea extract. This sort of super-charges wu yi tea's ability to help you lose weight.

Still not convinced, I did a little test. I stopped using the wu yi tea in my iced tea and went back to just black tea. I did not eat cheesecake (kind of tired of it), nor did I pig out. I ate around the amount of calories one would consume to maintain their current weight. I did not work out.

After a month, I had gained the three pounds back. So, you decide. Will a few mugs of wu yi tea help you lose weight without effort? Probably not if you intend to continue eating too much and not working out (eventually, your body would adjust). But I sure did not mind the boost wu yi tea gave me!

Can you really lose weight with wu yi tea? Go there now and discover how to lose those all those extra pounds with wu yi green tea!

Green Tea is Both Healthy and Tasty

by April Kerr

"Better three days without food than a day without tea!"- This is what Chinese say about the most consumed beverage in the world (after water, of course). The first certification of the green tea beneficial effects dates from the year 1211, when the monk Eisai praised green tea in one of his books. Green tea makes our life longer and brings various benefits to those who consume it regularly. Recent studies have shown that it stops the development of unwanted cells in the body, meaning that it prevents cancer.

Green tea is a natural source of antioxidants, protecting the body against free radicals. It has been scientifically confirmed that the antioxidant power of green tea is 100 times greater than vitamin C and 25 times greater than vitamin E. Green tea stimulates the cerebral activity and burns the extra fat.

Although we have the possibility to opt for a healthy lifestyle, there are many factors that can harm our health. Despite our balanced eating habits, the doctors continue to diagnose various diseases and health problems. Is it possible to improve our life by consuming green tea on a regular basis?

Recent studies have shown that green tea fights against caries. How does it work? This drink is extracted from the plant Camellia sinensis and contains many nutrients. Fluorine, one of the green tea ingredients, reduces the risk of caries by 50%, strengthening the teeth enamel.

This amazing tea lowers the level of LDL cholesterol and raises the HDL cholesterol, which brings many benefits to our health. In addition, green tea lowers the blood pressure and maintains the blood flow, preventing the clots. Therefore, people who present a risk of developing heart and circulatory diseases (stress, smoking, unhealthy nutrition, arterial hypertension) should drink as much green tea as possible.

Green tea can't cure metabolic diseases such as diabetes (Diabetes mellitus), but it has a favorable influence by slowing down the decomposition of complex carbohydrates in the intestine.

You can use green tea in case of digestive disorders such as heartburn (pirosis), gastritis, irritation of the stomach, and diarrhea. It should be consumed during meals, in order to fight against stomach acidity.

Diarrhea is caused mostly by stress, bacterial infection or a bad diet. Also, some food allergies can cause stomach pain and diarrhea. Green tea helps in restoring the intestine functions. Last but not least, green tea replaces the fluid lost from the body and has a beneficial effect in the diarrhea caused by stress.

Green tea benefits don't stop here, because it burns the extra fat and reduces the assimilation of carbohydrates and lipids, suppressing the appetite. Moreover, it increases the concentration and intellectual ability, due to its high content of theine and polyphenols. Drink daily this miracle tea and you'll feel more optimistic and full of life!
